Prelink issue with uClibc

Hi,

I compiled an application with tool chain "*mipsel-linux-uclibc-gcc
(Broadcom stbgcc-4.5.3-1.2) 4.5.3*" and prelinked it along with uClibc libs
version (0.9.33).
All the files (i.e. application libs) got prelinked successfully.

But when I copied these libs to the rootfs of my target, The kernel crashed
at booting time.

Please let me know there is something I am missing in it.
