uClibc ld.so standalone execution for FDPIC platforms

Hi!

I'm currently working on backporting Filippo's commit
637e2b2440f69e22932edd71bd2f0b1210dc32ea »ldso: Add implementation of
ld.so standalone execution« (and related follow-up patches, such as
2e9c1dc78eedd055b5db779aadf0d09cf70c6710 »ldso: fix fdpic support broken
From prelink patch«) to a somewhat old local tree that contains support
for SH FDPIC, as defined in
<http://sourcery.mentor.com/public/docs/sh-fdpic/sh-fdpic-abi.txt>.
(That work has been done in 2009/2010 already but unfortunately not yet
been submitted and integrated upstream.)  During backporting, I'm hitting
and have already fixed a few issues that might indicate that so far
nobody has tried ld.so standalone execution on other FDPIC platforms yet,
which are Blackfin and FR-V.  Can you confirm that (and I thus don't have
to be surprised by hitting such issues), or did someone already spend
time on that or even get it working properly?
