This is _not_ the same as the removed ifeq-statement. The ifeq-statement
above sets $(HEADERS_RM-) if $(UCLIBC_STRICT_HEADERS) is y, whereas the
line above sets $(HEADERS_RM-) if $(UCLIBC_STRICT_HEADERS) is unset...

This is untested, but should work:

HEADERS_RM-$(if $(UCLIBC_STRICT_HEADERS),,y) += sgtty.h
