problem building locales in chroot

Hello.
i've encountered problem building locales, and got some help from
'dougmencken' on #uclibc.

it appears it's problem described in this thread:
http://lists.uclibc.org/pipermail/uclibc/2011-February/044827.html

and those patches help .

emerge lists some warnings :

  * QA Notice: Package has poor programming practices which may compile
  *            fine but exhibit random runtime failures.
  * libpthread/nptl/sysdeps/pthread/pt-longjmp.c:27: warning: implicit 
declaration of function '__libc_longjmp'
  * libpthread/nptl/sysdeps/pthread/pt-longjmp.c:27: warning: implicit 
declaration of function '__libc_longjmp'


  * QA Notice: Package has poor programming practices which may compile

  * extra/locale/gen_wc8bit.c:375: warning: array subscript is above array 
bounds

but uclibc compiles fine.

btw. i've rolled up 'brute force' nptl-enabled uclibc ebuild
usefull in case someone wants new uclibc on gentoo.
it does not add USE switches for required options,
as i did not want to break anything and was not sure how to name them,
ebuild is attached.
