Erik Andersen (maintainer of uClibc) know about this. He already
forward my mail to SFLC.
LG still selling models with firmware with static linked binary. Few
weeks ago company where I work, bought two TV LG 50PK250 (build on
same platform). This TV have firmware version 3.17, which static too.
