Help build test failed

Hi experts,

I want to build the uclibc testing dir, but it failed can some one give me
some points to avoid this issue?

I believe I have stdio.h,stdlib.h on my host. because if I compile
arg_test.c with "gcc -o test arc_test.c" it works well
