tgamma vs. lgamma -- where is the Gamma function?

we've had 0.9.30.2 and 0.9.30.3, 0.9.31 and other changes since
0.9.30.1.
Please check against current master, if it works there but not with
0.9.31 then it's a regression. If it doesn't work on master then it's a
bug ( http://uclibc.org/FAQ#bugs ).
