license info for ucLibc

[Live Coder]

uClibc contains a link to LGPLv3 whereas the downloaded tarball contains LGPLv2 license http://git.uclibc.org/uClibc/tree/COPYING.LIB. Can someone confirm that indeed it is released with LGPLv2?
