time for a 0.9.31 release?

Anyway the NPTL branch is actually a reality, production ready C
lib, running on real boxes, at least for what I can on SH4, used
effectively by STMicroelectronics customers.

I'm payed by my company for doing this, but it's not the only thing
I have to do.

yes, uClibc (and NPTL too) is good enough thanks to all developers
effort.
We did new development recently (added argp and FTS support required
by libdw and libwfl) that I hope to push back soon (as soon as I'll
get our git on an external server, I'll send the git url, so
everybody can have a look and clone).
