Actual program requiring res_close()

The help text for the UCLIBC_HAS_BSD_RES_CLOSE option says "Answer Y if you
desperately want BSD compatibility; Most people will say N". This would seem
to imply that no real program needs that function.
However, I've encountered such a program -- the libspf2 library
(http://libspf2.org). It's a somewhat important component of a
spam-filtering mailserver, and it needs res_close() to compile.
(It also needs "dn_skipname", which no configuration setting can coax
uClibc-0.9.30.1 into providing. But that's another story, and has been filed
as bug #297.)
