Is there any testsuite to validate all functions of uClibc

no, there is no "complete" testsuite.  i dont think any package out there has 
a testsuite with 100% coverage, nor is that even really feasible ...

all tests are in tests/, but otherwise LTP will provide much better coverage 
(since it will also test your Linux port)
