I confirm that this allowed me to build uclibc
(and then busybox too).

Trying to run busybox on bfin board:

BINFMT_FLAT: bad magic/rev (0x1010100, need 0x5)
BINFMT_FLAT: bad magic/rev (0x1010100, need 0x5)

I guess it means my kernel lacks fdpic support, it knows
only flat format? Kernel's version:

root:~> cat /proc/version
