compile error

Dear all:
I try to make uclibc0.9.28 on my platform but I have some error message like
below:

cc1: error: unrecognized command line option "-mno-split-addresses"
cc1: error: unrecognized command line option "-mips32"

I both attach the log file of make, make.log, and configure file,
config.err, for your reference.

The options seem comes from Rules.mak, which parses the config to get them,
and I don't modify Rules.mak at all.
Do I forget to modify something before compiling?
