Erik had that working at one point but disabled it because the search engine 
spiders grabbing every possible snapshot brought his server to its' knees.  
(SVN is slow enough with 'em just spidering the html interface.)

With mercurial it's cheap enough I don't really care.  (The bzip versions are 
a bit on the expensive side, but mercurial itself can export a given version 
in under a second, and stream straight to a tarball with no intermediate 
files.)
