uClibc++ associative_base performance

Sorry for every inconvenience. I don't try to annoy anyone, I only want
to contribute a very small red-black-tree associative class
implementation, so that it improves uClibc++ a little bit, which I
currently think is very good.

I know that it is LGPL. I link against them. Being so popular doesn't
make it a better license, but I don't mind that much, I will also
contribute my patches under LGPL.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be so rude. Consider it a humble opinion. I
didn't try to annoy anyone. I'm very sorry. I shouldn't have mentioned
anything about the licenses. I only want to contribute.

I've been talking with my boss about the disclaimer of my messages, but
he told me that it is impossible to remote it. He tried it, but there is
no way. He recommended me to use a private gmail account to write to
public forums without the disclaimer. I'll try to use my gmail account
the next time.
