uClibc 0.9.28.2 is out the door

We're pleased to announce uClibc-0.9.28.2, with a few more
bugfixes and minor cleanups for the tried and true stable 0.9.28
series. As with uClibc 0.9.28.1, this is intended as a drop-in
replacement for the stable uClibc 0.9.28 release.
