You'll need to submit the patch against trunk GCC to gcc-patches in the 
ordinary way, with ChangeLog entries split up into all the subdirectories 
where you're regenerating configure scripts; I can't review or approve 
these patches.  The classpath changes may have a further complication that 
that directory is largely imported from upstream rather than modified 
locally in GCC.
