Failure to build unstripped uclibc

Hi,
I  tried to build unstripped version of latest snapshot of 
uClibc(uClibc-20060710) using config file to indicate that I don`t want 
to strip(option DOSTRIP is off and NOSTRIP is on), and I failed. I was 
able to do it only with this patch. Please ignore my compiler debug 
options change I did it only for my propose.
