A changelog for uClibc 0.9.27->0.9.28.

The date stamp on
http://www.uclibc.org/downloads/uClibc-0.9.28.tar.bz2 is 17-Aug-2005.
The Changelog therein mentions only 0.9.27.

The 0.9.28 changelog just posted covers svn revisions 9690 through
11186, while the latest uClibc revision in svn is 15690-ish.

I'm confused. Can someone clarify what the 0.9.28 release is, and
where to get it?
