The G++ has been a very mobile target since 3.1, so I'd check with the main
gcc (compiler) errata/changes first.

I strongly doubt it's a buildroot problem but rather a gcc-3.4 problem.  You
can prove it to yourself by using 3.3.2 to build the same exact buildroot/uClibc.
