uClibc NPTL for MIPS now functional.

Greetings.

This evening the last 2 tests from the NPTL test suite passed. This means
that NPTL in uClibc is now possible and it works, for MIPS at least. I
still have to implement POSIX timers for 'librt' and I am 2-1/2 months
out of sync with the trunk, so I still have some major cleaning up to do.
Cleanups I can definitely deal with. After I run against 'posixtestsuite'
and LTP I will post those results as well. I do not have any concerns with
those passing.
