Subject: ldso cleanup

Hello!

The patch moves around prototypes to the "proper" headers, hides what is 
possible or makes it static, fixes errno handling in libdl (libdl should 
not use _dl_errno, it should use errno as any other well behaving lib), 
removes dl-syscalls.h and uses the arch/bits/syscalls.h 
(through sys/syscall.h, frv needs correction). Prerequisite for it are 
errno-syscalls.patch and errno.patch.
