compile error in buildroot e2fsprogs

I don't see how this discussion of cramfs/linux-utils applies to the 
error I am encountering compiling the e2fsprogs "filefrag" utility.

Anyway, my "fix" was to replace filefrag.c with a dummy program that 
will compile.  I don't need filefrag anyway!
