[uClibc] vfork patch for noMMU arches.

	Hi, I see on the MIPS platform you return fork() or ENOSYS depending on 
if the MMU is there or not.  Linux's clone system call provides vfork 
regardless of MMU state, though, so I have added in vfork support. 
AFAICT in testing here it works correctly.  As long as the arch 
implements the correct semantics on the clone flags, this should work on 
all MMU-less platforms.
	I'd love to see this merged into the mainline.
