[uClibc] NPTL support for uClibc is underway...

This is cool, yay, rah, I'm all for it.

My concern:

It's now been 5 months since 0.9.27 was released.  Now the tree may not even 
build until August, and the only thing guaranteed to be done by then is MIPS.  
At this point, do we have even a guess at a ballpark schedule for release of 
0.9.28?
