[uClibc] NPTL support for uClibc is underway...

For those of you paying attention, the initial import of NPTL code
from glibc just went into the uClibc tree. Additionally, the config
option for NPTL was also added. Nothing works and nothing builds,
so do not even attempt it. I plan on spending the weekend doing
reading and research to firm up my design plans. I have also made
a website:

that I am using to keep the effort organized. Feel free to send me
comments, but please do not be offended if I do not reply to you.
I am extremely busy these days. The absolute deadline that NPTL
support will be in uClibc is August 1st. The other kicker is that
I am only doing the MIPS architecture, since that is what I am
getting paid for. Other target maintainers should coordinate with
Erik, Manuel and myself. Thanks.
