[uClibc] unable to access buildroot SVN

[IHOLLO]

I can browse http://www.uclibc.org smoothly but cannot access SVN in 
recent 3~4 days. I've tried a lot at both office and home. I am sure 
that my firewall does not block the traffic.
Is anyone experiencing the same error as I do?
