[uClibc] Elf32 -> ElfW fixes for ldso

anyone see anything wrong with changing all the Elf32 references in the shared 
ldso code to use the ElfW() macro ?  this is to get ldso up to speed to not 
care about native bit size (32/64/whatever)

also, anyone know of a simple way to replace ELF32_* macros ?  i'm thinking of 
the two in ldso/dl-hash.c and one in ldso/dl-startup.c ...
