[uClibc] using powepc with 3.4.x causes "Link tests are not allowed after GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES"

If it helps, it was still compiling around half May. I did the test and
deleted the toolchain again since there were no differences (from my
'configuration' side).

There is a snapshot of the buildroot I used on my NIOS II page:

Maybe you can try that one out. I would assume (not limited in anyway
with some insight in the subject mattter) that it has something to do
with the ABI changes that are currently taking place in uclibc.

In that case, you might want to dl the uclibc snapshot from the same
location and put it in the buildroot/dl directory. It predates the ABI
