[uClibc] Install arm-uclibc-gcc

Hello,

I tried to install the buildroot by specifing the options in menuconfig e.g.
arm920T, gcc 3.4.4, binutils 2.16.1...

During make...

I got errors saying arm-linux-uclibc-gcc not found and many thing... also,
it doesn't find bison in PATH.

I would like to get the binaries in order to compile the applications.  But,
I don't have the answers to do it.  I successfully installed uclibc
libraries in lib/.  But, I don't have the binaries to compile the
applications.

Any one can help me to proceed to this installation in my host?
