[uClibc] uClibc 0.9.27 Released

Great. Good work. :)

Now just one small detail. Do you think it would be possible
to move the tag for 0.9.27 for ldso/ldso/dl-startup.c from
1.23 to 1.24? This change is required to make 0.9.27 work
with the CRIS architecture. No other architectures should be
affected by the change.
