configuring buildroot for ARM using Cygwin

I guess I could, though that does seem to defeat the purpose of using
buildroot a bit (which was supposed to be the easy way of building a gcc
uclibc toolchain :) ).
Is it really that much harder to build your own toolchain manually?

that's because uClibc doesnt have thumb support integrated into svn
yet ... jbowler has been working on that, you could grab the patches
from nslu2 linux if you wanted
