[uClibc] compiling 'gdbserver' with uclibc toolchain

Looks like it helped me, at least I was able to compile 'gdbserver' without 
errors and warnings. But I don't see any slight the difference with 
compilation procedure I did before, only according to your ateps you creare 
seperate directory and keep all staff there.
