[uClibc] ld has fixed path for /etc/ld.so.conf

Hello!

I have enabled the cache usage and ld didn't find the libs in 
/usr/X11R6/lib w/o the 40_all_binutils-uclibc-linker.patch provided by 
Mike Frysinger to binutils/ld/emultempl/elf32.em.
Checking the patched portions, I have found a hardcoded for 
/etc/ld.so.conf, so the renaming of this file would be critical, probably 
ld has to be patched and rebuilt too if we use some other name, like 
ld-uClibc.so.conf.
Could someone please double-check that binutils file to see if this will 
be an issue?
One possibility would be to modify it to check 2 files, but how do we know 
where it will be located, if RUNTIME_PREFIX != / ?
