[uClibc] [buildroot] Patch for package/boa/boa.mk

Hello,

The current Makefile package/boa/boa.mk strips the resulting binaries 
with the host strip by calling 'strip', which generates non-working 
binaries.

I think the resulting binaries should be stripped using the target 
strip, i.e $(STRIP).

The included patch corrects this.
