[uClibc] configure error met during cross-building TiMidity++-2.11.3

Hi list,

I'm trying to cross-build TiMidity++-2.11.3 with uClibc-0.9.26 toolchain.
There's a configuration error message: 

checking whether setvbuf arguments are reversed... configure: error: cannot run test program while cross compiling

Does anyone know what's going on here? What are setvbuf arguments? TIA.
