[uClibc] Perl and SpamAssassin

Can't help with SpamAssassin, haven't tackled it.
Also haven't worked with buildroot, don't know what it entails.
But Bent Linux is a pure uClibc, totally static linking distro, and
its packages are simple cpio.bz2s that can be extracted relative to
whatever root you're working from (they use relative paths, with the
leading slash missing --- usr/bin/perl, and like that).
I've got a static build of perl-5.8.1 in there, perhaps it might be
useful to you.
