Erik, what should happen w/ the "crt0.o not needed" issue?

1. Rename crt0.S to crt1.S
2. build [S]crt1.o only
3. what should happen w/ CTOR_DTOR set/unset (building crt1.o?)
4. what should happen w/ __uClibc_main (use only __uClibc_start_main)
