[uClibc] Problems with uClibc development system fs image

Hi!

  I tried fs image of uClibc development system mentioned in FAQ - 
downloaded, unpacked, mounted and chrooted, as mentioned there.
But when I chroot into it, PATH is not working (I must specify full path 
to programs to get them work) and most programs are not working ("ls -l" 
produces "Function not implemented" (and "total 0" when used in /)).
  I'm using Debian Woody 3.0. I tried even some other development fs 
images for uClibc (not official), but they didn't work either.

What am I doing wrong?
