[uClibc] uclibc gdb and threads

OK, my bad.  We have it working on MIPS, not sure about PPC.  Requires
latest uClibc snapshot (11/3/04 or later) though.

You start with the cont command when remote debugging and the run command
when natively debugging.  Andrew is running gdb natively here.
