[uClibc] ppc-valgrind and recent dynamic loader patches

hmm, no there has been no specific fixes for PPC w.r.t Valgrind. The
library preload stuff is arch independent so if it works on x86, it should
work on ppc as well. Try enabling all debug stuff in ld.so and use valgrind and
let me know, maybe it is a simple problem.
