[uClibc] Buildroot Binutils/GCC improperly linked

Mario,
The issue we Gentoo users have stems from the fact that gentoo
actually specifies many of the options and variables that buildroot uses
in the environment already. They specify the CC to use, the LD to use,
and many other various options.
I've attached a patch to gcc-uclibc-3.3.mk and
binutils-uclibc.mk which add the targets options to the call to
./configure. This fixes the problems I have, and makes _sure_ the
correct programs are being used for the target build process.
Good luck,
Thomas Cameron
