[uClibc] uclibc tool chain

I want to develop an applicaton using uCLibc and need
a uclibc tool chain for gcc 2.96. The tool chain with
gcc 2.95 and gcc 3.3 are available for download. Where
can I get the patches for making a tool chain for gcc
2.96 ?
