[uClibc] busybox adduser behaviour

using busybox 1.00-pre8 under uClibc 0.9.20, I find that "adduser" seems 
to behave strangely :
- when I do "adduser smith", it creates the new user "smith" in 
/etc/group : is it normal ?
- when I want to create a new user with the same name as a group, 
adduser returns : group with that name already in use ! the only way to 
do it is to do "adduser smith smith", which creates user smith in group 
smith. weird !
