Nope. Numbers are pretty much the same here ih US as in UK. However,
letter sounds and names vary from region to region in _every_ language.
It's called an accent here. Up here in the North East (Massachusettes
born and raised, myself) we say Clam "chow-dah", not "chow-der". When I
go to a bakery, I ask for a "crus-ant" not a "curs-aunt".

Basically, I vote for "who cares". When I discuss uClibc with people
that don't know of it, I say "I use a micro C library to save
space"...what with the prefixing letter meaning micro. Maybe we can fork
a new project for a _really_ small C library and call it nClibc for
nano-C-library.
