[uClibc] the utilities are not built against the newly created crt files

Hello!

uclibc only env,

I have made some modification to the crt files building, (they got a
marking of non-executable stack .note.GNU-stack) and rebuilt uclibc, but
the marking didn't "went" into ldd. This means that when ldd (probably
the other utils as well) is built, the used crt files are from the system
itself, not the newly ones in ./lib

To have this correctly, either nostdlib or nostartfiles have to be used,
and add manually the files from ./lib at link time.

Peter
