[uClibc] buildroot error building ARM version on linux

Part of this check is a simple app being built and run. Curiously enough, 
it seems that the binaries that are being created are i386 executables 
rather than the arm executables that my limited knowledge of the buildroot 
code makes me think should be built.

Ok, can we try this? Since you can build an arm build without problems, can 
you please send me your Makefile and any other configuration information I 
might need so that I can replicate it.

I'm currently attempting the builds on an Intel platform running RedHat 8 
and trying to build an arm development system since arm is the final target.
