[uClibc] make install_target has vanished ?

Hi Jean,

It's true. You can see the comments on
"install_runtime" tag in makefile, which has
references to the "install_target". So better copy
install_target commands from old versions, for copying
it to your target directory structure.  

He has added "install_runtime" for development system.


install_utils is nothing but installing "ldd" and
"ldconfig", if generated during compilation.
