[uClibc] Mozilla update with 0.9.24

Back with attempt number one billion at getting Mozilla to agree to
run under uClibc.  I used 0.9.24 and rebuilt my Gentoo system (see
http://www.flipturn.org/uclibc).

My brain hurts continuing to look for the needle in this particular
haystack, so I might take a break until 0.9.25.  It still seems to be
failing somewhere deep in the dynamic loading innards...
