[uClibc] procps: segmentation fault

hi list!

i've just compiled procps-3.2.3 in a buildroot envirmoment, but every
programm causes in a segmentation fault.
other self compiled programms are working well.

do i need a patch for procps?
(i'll not use busybox proc toolset)
